# How-To Steps:
01 - Prepare cucumbers by peeling and chopping; measure mint, lime juice, sweetener, water and ice; optionally gather cilantro and ginger if using.
02 - Place chopped cucumber, mint leaves, cilantro (if using), lime juice, agave syrup, cold water and ice into a high-speed blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and uniformly emulsified, about 30–60 seconds depending on blender power.
04 - Pour the purée through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth set over a large pitcher; use the back of a spoon to press and extract all liquid, discarding the pulp.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity with additional agave or lime as needed; refrigerate briefly if desired.
06 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the chilled beverage over ice, and finish with cucumber slices, lime wedges and mint sprigs.
